I asked the clerk to make sure everything was included in my carry out. However upon reaching my destination no utensils were included. I called the restaurant and was instructed to return to the restaurant. No customer service totally disregard for the customer.

I will try this one more time for customer service only. Customer service was non existent. The waiter said sorry they were short staffed. I get it covid.... but can't even get a refill? Like it was a hassle just to order. We asked for sweet tea we don't have tea. We asked what drinks they had and he starts with unsweetened tea. His horrible attitude killed the vibe for me and the food today honestly wasnt on par as normal. Except the char sui boa. The amount of money spent was outrageous to what we got. Totally unsatisfied

Ask for Jose for your waiter, he makes up for the long wait on a busy day. No matter how busy it is he's very attentive and I hope management appreciates what an exceptional staff member they have.
